Pre-Treatment Cleaning

Surface Preparation
Tumble polishing or barrel finishing creates a uniform base surface.
Plating / Finishing
Electroplating, chemical passivation or mechanical finishing is applied to specification.

Are your plating processes RoHS compliant?
Yes. We offer trivalent chrome (Cr3+) instead of hexavalent chrome (Cr6+), and lead-free tin plating — both fully RoHS and REACH compliant. Specify RoHS compliance on your order.
