What is the minimum order quantity for CNC machined brass fasteners?
For standard CNC machined fasteners, MOQ is 500 pieces. For custom CNC parts requiring new tooling or programming, MOQ starts from 100 pieces. Contact our sales team for specific requirements.
Can you machine from customer-supplied drawings?
Yes. RKIC Group can machine to any customer drawing in DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF format. Our engineering team will review drawings and provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback if required.
What CNC tolerances can you hold on brass fasteners?
Standard CNC tolerance is ±0.05mm. For precision components we regularly hold ±0.01mm. For ultra-precision requirements below ±0.01mm, contact our technical team to discuss feasibility.
